*New ship building yard at Thoothukudi
*Creation of 25000 acres of land bank

*Four grade separators to be installed at a cost of Rs 271 crore

*Solar installations for government buildings at a cost of Rs 11.7 crore

*Comprehensive health insurance scheme for  Lankan Tamil refugees
